Book Club: “Being Heumann”

📚Join our Book Club featuring Being Heumann: An Unrepentant Memoir of a Disability Rights Activist by Judith Heumann, a powerful and inspiring account of one woman’s fight for civil rights.📚
Virtual & In Person Book Club Meetings:
- Virtual Meeting July 10th from 7-8pm
- July 24th will be in person from 7 -8 PM. Participants will discuss sections of the book, engage with resources, and connect with community.
- August 7th are virtual from 7-8 PM
- August 8th at 6:00pm: Book End Celebration – Crip Camp Viewing at Living Opportunities in Medford. Participants are invited to bring their families.
Important Note: Registration closes on June 20th. Attendance at events is NOT required to register and receive your free book. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in a way that works best for them and their family.
